This is a really simple trick, which will help you to get a ranged character/healer up on top of the Arathi Basin Lumbermill. All you need to do is jump on the saw inside the Lumbermill, and keep jumping forward till you get as far as you can go. Mount up, and jump towards the flag. You will clear the roof, from the bottom and land on top of it.
