Go to Naphui Quarter and put hard mode on.
Equip the following;
Build: Glyph of Swiftness, Deadly Paradox, Shadow Form, Way of the Lotus, Golden Lotus Strike, Fox Fangs, Death Blossom, Radiation Field (Asuran skill)
Weapons: Perma Staff and Zealous Daggers of enchanting
Attributes: 16 Shadow Arts, 12 Dagger Master, 3 Critical Strikes
Enter mission, go to the light orb to the right of the bell, up the ramp. Make sure you run away from combat in a safe area.
You can’t kill a star light and they can’t kill you so don’t bother. Your goal is to kill Star Blades and Star Sentinels. You can kill these guys so long as there are 2 Star Lights in the group (not just 1).
If you only want to get the celestial weapons then run around until you see a celestial weapon on one of the birds, it will drop roughly 85% of the time. If you want feathers, just kill as many birds as you can.
When using the attack skills, don’t target a Sentinel because they block with lightning reflex, so target a Blade and your area effects will kill the sentinel, if you time it right.
Be careful about your energy and make sure to have 30 energy when you need to Renew Shadow Form. Skills 4-8 note what they do and know how to maintain the energy with them.
A successful run with picking and choosing the right places takes about 15-20 minutes (because you won’t be able to kill all groups with too many lights) and in the 15-20 you usually get 3-4 gold and 120 feathers.
The profit per hour averages to 16k and 10 gold (the gold could be worth a lot if you’re lucky).
Good Luck, and be sure to tell us how you did.

Building and siege engine construction plays an important role in Age of Conan. These tasks are performed by Architects. Some of the materials used in Architecture can be acquired through various sources within the game, or by spending a bit of AoC Gold to buy them.
Please note that any instance of the words Gold, Silver, Copper, or Tin refer to the trade resource materials that can be harvested from ore veins and not AoC Gold, Silver, Copper, or Tin currency.
Parts
In the construction of buildings and siege engines, architects need certain parts that are composed of Mining and Prospecting resources like Copper and Silver.

There´s a Camp of Gnolls at 64,63. I used DnD with my Death Knight and they all died and the new Gnolls spawned there too. I just had to put DnD every time I could and they died almost instantly. While DnD was active, I started to pull 2 or 3 Gnolls standing away from my DnD and looted everything I could.
Farming for about 30 minutes, this was the result!
- 21xStacks of Wool Cloth (8g/stack on my server) = 168g
- 13xStacks of Linen Cloth (1g/stack on my server) = 13g
- 9xStacks of Silk Cloth (5g/stack on my server) = 45g
- Grey Stuff = 14g
- Green Stuff not sold yet
It´s not great money, but if you are leveling Tailoring or First Aid, it will save you a bit of money.

In Age of Conan (AoC), Alchemists are trained in various metallurgical & pharmaceutical arts, using a variety of ingredients to create different items that can be used both in and out of battle.
While some Alchemy supplies can be purchased from trade merchants, AoC Gold must be found through various sources within the game. The most common sources of Alchemy ingredients are the Alchemist’s Caches dropped by casting mobs in the game.

Below is a table of Alchemy recipes available in AoC. Note that any instance of the words Gold, Silver, Copper, or Tin refer to the trade resource materials that can be harvested from ore veins and not

Dropped Recipes
There are currently only 14 known dropped recipes for Alchemists. Dropped recipes are used to create components used in Culture Armor and Weapons as well as Tainted Alkahest, which is used for the removal of gems from items.
Transformation recipes was introduced in the Gem Revamp included in AoC’s Patch 1.05. Transformation recipes allow alchemists to transform an uncut gem into lower tier gems.
Below is a table with information regarding the dropped recipes. Note that the locations listed are from before Patch 1.05, and may have changed since then.

There are a lot of options for making gold with Blacksmithing in World of Warcraft. The challenge is finding the specific things to craft on your realm and find buyers for them. The most lucrative item to craft is the Eternal Belt Buckle and ought to be the staple of every Blacksmith’s income (see table below). With high cost items like Titansteel gear*, try to find a buyer before you craft the items. This isn’t necessary but it can save you a lot of hassle. You can find a piece, like a Titansteel Destroyer on the Auction House for 1500g and try selling it in trade for 1400g and when you find a buyer craft it up right quick and sell it for the discounted price. You can utilize the high price as testimony for why your customer should pay 1400g. To help determine the value of each item accurate to the Auction House prices, I’ve included the below tables for all of the best Blacksmithing items. You can print these off and write in the prices of each material and add them up to calculate how much you’ll need to sell the product for to make a profit. Most of the work with these high end items is in finding a buyer.
*Titansteel no longer sells this high. Each patch there is a new set of gear that can be crafted using the epic materials that drop from instances & raids.
* Patch 3.0 iLvl 200 epics crafted from Frozen Orbs (list)
* Patch 3.1 iLvl 226 items crafted from Runed Orbs (list)
* Patch 3.2 iLvl 245 items crafted from Crusader Orbs (list)
* Patch 3.3 iLvl 265 items crafted from Primordial Saronite (list)
Eternal Belt Buckles and Enchanting Rods
Eternal Belt Buckles are a new “mandatory” enchant used on belt equipment. It adds a new gem slot to the belt, so every level 80 is going to be buying one of these with each new belt they equip. These are a must for posting in the late afternoon and watching them sell when everyone gets their evening upgrades.
Rods also have the potential to sell very well. Their volume is much lower but some of them support very strong profit margins like the Arcanite and Eternium Rods. Don’t flood the market with these, craft 5-10 of each and release them over several weeks for a steady stream of profit.

Adamantite Rod

Ulduar Gear (Patch 3.1)
The following recipes drop from inside Ulduar, and therefore can be valuable if you are lucky enough to get one. They require a combination of 6 Rune Orbs, Saronite Bars, Eternal Fires, Eternal Airs, Eternal Shadows and 10 Titansteel Bars. You can sell this gear straight up in trade chat before you craft it. This is a good idea to do if you’re not sure which items are worth and none are on the Auction House for comparison. A lot of players won’t know that these items exist since several patches have come out since. For other characters they will have already gotten much better gear from doing the end-game raids so it won’t be of much interest.
Item
Battlelord’s Plate Boots
Belt of the Titans
Indestructible Plate Girdle
Plate Girdle of Righteousness
Spiked Deathdealers
Treads of Destiny
Crusader’s Gear (Patch 3.2)
Crusader’s gear is iLvl 245 and during Patch 3.2 was some of the best gear in the game. The recipes drop in Trial of the Crusader, so you will need a little bit of luck to obtain the recipes. Check the prices of the gear before you craft it, and if you can’t do that then advertise the gear in trade chat before you craft it. Even after patch 3.2 people still like this gear because the prices of Crusader Orbs dropped accordingly.
Item
Breastplate of the White Knight
Saronite Swordbreakers
Sunforged Bracers
Sunforged Breastplate
Titanium Razorplate
Titanium Spikeguards
Primordial Saronite Gear (Patch 3.3)
Primordial Saronite drops inside Icecrown Citadel Raids and can be purchased from Emblem of Frost vendors for 23 emblems. The recipes for the gear also drop in Icecrown Raid.. The more mature your realm and the longer it’s been since Patch 3.3 was released will determine the prices. Just like with any other high level item it might not be a good idea to craft these without a buyer. Instead look for a buyer first via trade channel.
Item
Boots of Kingly Upheaval
Hellfrozen Bonegrinders
Legplates of Painful Death
Pillars of Might
Protectors of Life
Puresteel Legplates
Cobalt Tanking Gear
The Cobalt tanking gear is an amazing way to make gold with Blacksmithing. Some realm Auction Houses don’t have any of this stuff posted, and I guarantee you every level 68-72 wanna-be plate-wearing tank will load up the AH and search for this type of stuff. It is extremely useful for entry level Northrend dungeons. Advertise this stuff as a set in /2, it’s total cost is 37 Cobalt so you can sell it for, say, 100-150 or even 300g to a customer! Imagine, the best level 70 tanking 7 piece set right at level 70 for only a few hundred gold!
Item
Cobalt Belt
Cobalt Boots
Cobalt Bracers
Cobalt Chestpiece
Cobalt Gauntlets
Cobalt Helm
Cobalt Legplates
Cobalt Shoulders
Titansteel Weapons
A lot of new level 80s want to get the appropriate Titansteel weapon for their class. I’ve found several buyers while flying through Storm Peak and Icecrown mining, I’ve even found a buyer while helping them with Icecrown dailies. Some level 79s don’t realize that they can get such awesome items right at level 80 for such a low price.
If scouting for buyers while mining isn’t your style, trade channel can work as well. Even if an existing item is selling on the Auction House you can undercut it without actually making it yet (just make sure you have the mats). You can advertise the uncut price in trade and when people claim the price isn’t fair, refer to the Auction House price (you can also use an alt to post items at inflated prices to help sell items on other characters)
Item
Titansteel Bonecrusher
Titansteel Destroyer
Titansteel Guardian
Titansteel Shanker
Titansteel Shield Wall
Titansteel Spellblade
Spiked Titansteel (hit and crit)
The Spiked Titansteel set is geared for Death Knights, Warriors, etc. Notice the average prices for these items are much higher than other products which require the same materials. This is because there is much higher demand so it’s been easier to make a profit on these items.
Item
Spiked Titansteel Helm
Spiked Titansteel Treads
Tempered Titansteel (defense)
Tempered Titansteel is amazing for new tanks reaching level 80. It’s somewhat mandatory gear to enter heroics or entry level raids. Some may argue the Treads aren’t worth their epic status (and this is why the average price is so low).
Item
Tempered Titansteel Helm
Tempered Titansteel Treads
Brilliant Titansteel (crit, mp5 & spellpower)
The Brilliant Titansteel set is geared for Paladins. As you can tell by the average price these items don’t sell for a whole lot compared to the other Titansteel gear. I would definitely try to line up a buyer before trying to make a profit on this gear.
Item
Brilliant Titansteel Helm
Brilliant Titansteel Treads
Tempered Saronite Tanking Gear
The Tempered Saronite tanking set is a mid 70s set for tanking, it can be used into the 80s and provides solid stats to your customer.
Item

Tempered Saronite Boots
Tempered Saronite Bracers

This profession is a highly popular choice with beginning players. There are dozens of herbs to farm from and players can often find them just about anywhere. The only problem of course is that the nodes can be just about anywhere, meaning that defining a clear path to get them is hard. While mining nodes tend to hug the mountains and thus the outside edges of most zones, herbalism nodes can appear anywhere you find grass, and sometimes not even that much.
Getting started with Herbalism is even easier than mining and skinning as well. All you need to do is find an herbalism trainer and start gathering. You don’t need a special knife or pick to do it and you will be given a “find herbs” ability to use in the field (though I recommend you download a more advanced GUI to uncover your nodes).
Basic Information
Use the following information in this Herbalism Power leveling Guide as a basis for your decision whether to choose Herbalism as your primary profession. Additional money making tips for this profession are available below as well.
Recommended Profession to Pair With:
- Alchemy (for materials)
- Skinning (for gold)
Herbalism has much fewer options in terms of your second profession. It is generally agreed that if you choose Herbalism you will also select Alchemy down the line. However, for those only seeking to make gold, you can pair your Herbalism up with Skinning or even Mining to collect even more materials even faster.

In patch 3.2.2 some new non-combat raptor pets were added that drop from various rare raptors or are rare drops from slightly more common ones. This guide will focus on finding Deviate Hatchlings in Wailing Caverns
You will want a level 40 or higher to farm this instance. Additionally, I suggest skinning and fishing. Skinning will allow you to farm mats for some twink items, and fishing will allow you to farm deviate fish. Both of these can sell for quite a bit and add to your overall gold gains.
I would suggest having the following:
Atlas Add-on – This add-on is very helpful with its maps of both the instance itself and the entrance room.
This macro…
/tar Boahn
/tar Trigore
/cast spell
Where “spell” is the name of an instant spell that does not require you to be facing the enemy, such as the Warlock’s Corruption.
Start off by running to the entrance to the cave that contains the wailing caverns. To get to the instance entrance simply take a left at the first fork and a right at the next one and follow the path until you get to the large circular room.
Once there you are going to look for your first two objectives, Trigore the Lasher and Boahn.
Trigore drops Runescale Girdle and Serpent’s Kiss both of which sell for 15-18 gold.
Boahn drops Brambleweed Leggings and Boahn’s Fang. The legs only sell for 2-3 gold, but the axe can sell from 50-60 gold, which is a significant sum.
To find these two mobs, simply spam the macro that I wrote above, or run around trying to find them. Either way works – though the macro is easier as it will find them in range, even if out of sight.
After you have dealt with these two, you might want to fish in the pond here. This step is optional, but you can fish up Deviate Fish which sell for 50 silver, or you can cook the fish (requires cooking 85) into Savory Deviate Delight, which sells for 1 gold.
Finally, you can enter the instance itself.
Inside the instance, go in a circle, killing and skinning (those that can be) all Deviate Ravagers, Deviate Guardians, Druid of the Fangs, and Lady Anacondra.
The raptors have about a 1% chance to drop Deviate Hatchlings, which go for about 500-600 gold! I generally get about 1 hatchling every 5 or 6 runs, but I have gone as long as 12 runs without one dropping.
The druids have about the same drop rate for Gloves of the Fang, which is a twink item and sells for about 15 gold.
Lady Anacondra has no BoE blue drops, but she does have some nice BoP’s that sell to vendors for a small amount, or you can disenchant them for a decent amount as well.
The mobs can skin or drop Perfect Deviate Scales or Deviate Scale which both sell well based on server economics, as they are mats for the twink item Deviate Scale Belt. If you have a Leather Worker who can make the belt, do so, as it sells for more than the raw mats, 12-17 gold.
If you get five runs and hour, I would estimate that you would get between 50-1000 gold with an average close to 350-450 gold. This is a solid way of farming that can produce massive amounts of gold in a short time. As a level 80 blood DK, all five runs take me about 20-30 minutes, meaning if I did 25 runs in a day, it would take me 4 and a half hours and generate about 2000 gold.
That’s a lot of gold, but you have to remember to space out your auctions of Deviate Hatchlings, only have one up at your faction AH and another up at the neutral AH, which will keep the price high. If someone underbids you, wait til their auction ends, then repost for your regular amount. DO NOT try to underbid them. This will create a bidding war and lower the price, which helps neither of you.

With the introduction of Death Knights a huge number of moneymaking methods have opened up to people that do not have the patience or the time to level an alt just to max out a profession.
Death Knights start out at level 55 and just by completing their introductory quest line (2-3 hours) they can easily be bumped up to 58. At this point it is a small matter of just taking them to Outland, leveling to 60 (2-5 hours depending on rested experience) and then catching the boat to Northrend. They will be able to learn any profession up to its maximum skill level of 450, though realistically only crafting professions will apply as you will not be able to farm higher level materials with them.
So how do you use such a powerful resource? Easy! Ideally you will have the gathering profession on your main character so that you can supply the crafting Death Knight with all the requirements to level his moneymaking profession and craft the profit bringing items.
Example: Enchanting is a good main character profession to have in this case, as it is relatively hard to level (or better said extremely expensive) and a level 60 character will not have access to the resources (useless quest rewards, vendor bought BoP greens and other Disenchantable but not transferable items) required to easily level Enchanting. The secondary profession can be either
Mining, Skinning, Herbalism or even Tailoring.
The Death Knight alt can then take up Jewelcrafting (recommended especially if you have an Enchanter main), Blacksmithing (again great if you can Disenchant), Leatherworking (you need a Skinner for this) or even Alchemy and Inscription obviously Herbalism will help). Engineering does not mass produce items that can be sold or Disenchanted for big profit, so it is of little use for a crafter alt.
Let’s say you set up your Death Knight as a Jewelcrafter/Blacksmith and your main is an Enchanter/Miner. Every stack of Saronite you get should be Prospected and the proceeds (uncommon and rare gems)should either be transformed into Disenchant fodder or sold on the Auction House, as detailed in the Jewelcrafting chapter of this guide.
As a Blacksmith you can use all the Cobalt Ore you get on your main (smelting it before into Bars), to create the items for presented in the Blacksmithing section of the guide, doubling or even tripling the amount of money you would’ve made with just Mining. Furthermore you will have access to the various Titansteel recipes and never again should you depend on the good will of guild members and friends or have to pay fees to get your Epics crafted for the Auction House.
Thus, for a few hours of leveling and some gold (or more time spent on gathering the materials) spent on powerleveling the professions on the Death Knight, you can end up swimming in gold without really having to ever leave town. Even if you do not take a gathering profession on your main, simply by buying the materials off the Auction House and transforming them into finished goods or enchanting Dusts and Essences you can make a hefty profit for virtually no time investment.
The same can be done with Alchemy and Inscription on the Death Knight and Herbalism on the main character, or Leatherworking on the Knight and Skinning and Enchanting on the main. It is up to you what path you want to take, but the possibilities are nigh endless and the amount of gold you could be raking in is enormous.

This is great for low level toons, without much money. It will allow you to simply double your money, but it’s not something you could do at higher levels, unless you set up a macro.

You can melee this mob which you can get stuck, for great gains or stand a distance and debuff or whatever with magic. Great way to raise your skills unchallenged.

60 Borean Leather turns into 10 Heavy Borean Leather which in turn can be turned into one arctic fur.
Your snatch list should look like this:
X = 75% Normal Arctic Fur Price
Arctic Fur = X
Heavy Borean Leather = X/10
Borean Leather = X/60
You can tinker with the value for arctic fur as much as you want, but be sure to use the altered X to determine how much you want to pay for the leather on your snatch list. Keep up to date with the current value of arctic furs and update the list frequently.
Currently, you can use percentages of market values in auctioneer to determine price, but there’s no way to say always buy borean leather that is 1/60 the price of 75% of the price of arctic furs. You’ll need to update the list about twice a week to keep an eye on arctic furs as they will probably continue to decrease in value over time.

Create a knight (most defense/HP) character, go outside the town and kill greem & yellow worms.
When you are level seven and you have 500 + cash sell all your useless drops to merchant. Now go to the town and buy the skill Ransacking, go to the merchant and buy a knife and some potions as well.
Go to Jamushi’s seal. Start killing the wolves there. If you are successful you will have about 99 wolf fur’s in and hour or two. Go and sell these wolf furs for about 1 k each = (99,000 gold) most player’s buy these because you can make metamorphis potions with them. With the profit give it to your main char and he will have lots of money for weapons, armor, accessories and other stuff.
If these wolves are stronger then you, and you can’t kill them, kill deer instead. Instead of selling their furs for 1k, sell for 600.
Other monster’s can be ransacked too, which can also make some money, but wolves work best for a character.
Rinse/Repeat whenever you need some money.

ArchLord Item Dupe so you can duplicate ArchLord Gold and other stackables.
This content is for members only.
The reason we use gold and stackables, is so that when combined, the GUID of the items will change, thus making it hard for the server to detect the fact that we duped the items, and not make the items get deleted later on.

Each year, there are some things which we can use during events to make some extra gold. Here’s a few that I have used and do use during the Winter Veil event.
Hopefully, you read my Pre-Winter Veil gold tip, to make some gold, before the event started. This is a continuation of that post, but more as what to do now, that the event as started, to make gold.
You can /kiss a Winter Reveler found at any inn, to receive either Mistletoe or Fresh Holly. Mistletoe is soulbound, but can be used throughout the year, it gives a spirit buff. Fresh Holly, is not soulbound, and can be sold on the AH.
Preserved Holly, works the same as Fresh Holly, except you can do a quest to get it, either from Metzen the Reindeer (h)(a) or by using a Holly Preserver. Unfortunately, to use the Holly Preserver, you must have finished the quest for Metzen the Reindeer first, then done The Hero of the Day (h)(a) quest AND you need to be a master cook. If you do both the alliance and the horde version, you will be able to pick up an extra 10 for 10 gold, throughout the year. Preserved Holly is also not soulbound, and can be sold on the AH.
Tip: If you find Fresh or Preserved Holly for sale on the AH during the event, buy them up, to sell later after the event is over for more gold.
Also, make sure you grab all the Winter Veil gifts on ALL your characters. Each of these can be banked if the items are not taken from the gifts. Just leave the wrapped gift in the bank, for when you decide to use them. Depending on your level, you will be able to pick up one or more items.
Winter Veil Gift, will give you a pet, called Crashin’ Thrashin’ Racer Controller, which can be useful to explore new areas, and possibly pull aggro for a small group of mobs. It also counts towards the 100 pet achievement.
For our VIP members, I have some more gold tips, that can net OVER a 1000% return on investment.
