There’s mob’s named “Royal Dreadguard” in Undercity that have no global cooldown on their shield bash, so if you mind control them you can use it a massive amount of times in a short span of time using a macro.

This version works with the 3.3 patch, however it is not the newest release, made for 3.3. For the newest release, you will have to buy that from Zygor, directly. And then share it with us. 
If you like to sell items on the cross faction AH (why don’t they have one in Shat and Dal???), then here’s a list of Horde only recipes, which will come in handy, to sell to your alliance cooking counterparts.
