The Mimnatar Republic will go to any lengths to keep its people from becoming slaves of the the Amarr Empire or any else for that matter again. The way they peruse this goal is by giving their ships powerful weapons to greatly damage their opponents and fast engines to get their ships out of danger. Continue reading »

This is a little trick thought up by dazzidrood, which will allow you to cast 2 Swarm spells on someone. It’s more a trick then anything else, because the person being hit by the swarm, will only receive damage from the rank 7 version of it, not the rank 6. However perhaps, if each rank of swarm are cast on the person, then if they dispell one, the other may still work?
We know that the higher rank will affect the person in question, not the lower rank… but questions remain. If the rank 7 is dispelled, will the Rank 6 then do damage? Can we hit them with more ranks, thus making 1 much more difficult to dispell?
Your input is appreciated, to let us know whether or not this is good in PvP situations.

Eve players don’t play for long before running into such terms as “signature radius”. Over time, most develop some idea about what these terms mean, but when players become concerned with being successful in PVP these terms take on a new importance and require a deeper level of understanding. Understanding the terms explained in this article will help you to deliver more damage to your enemies, to avoid taking damage without necessity, and to understand the impact of electronic warfare in PVP. Cataclysm Press Event – Raids, Guild System, Path of the Titans & More
Check out what Blizzard had to say regarding World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, including subjects such as Path of the Titans & Glyphs, Guild System, Raids & Dungeons, New Zones, Player versus Player, Archaeology, and more.
- Path of the Titans has been scrapped and will not be implemented.
- Instead Blizzard will focus on improving the glyph system, as they feel it didn’t quite hit the intended goals in Wrath.
- Glyphs will now be available in 3 categories: Major, “Medium” (PH name) and Minor.
- Major glyphs are core to each class and will be expected to be used to perform at maximum level.
- Medium glyphs will be to provide “fun” alterations to abilities.
- Minor glyphs will largely function as they do today.
- Based on the mockup shown, you’ll be able to have 3 glyphs of each type at level 85: Major, Medium and Minor.
- The glyph UI will now display all of the glyphs available to your class, even if you haven’t learned them yet, to the right of the section where you apply your glyphs.
- Blizzard wants to make glyphs permanent so you don’t have to carry a stack of them around. Simply learn the glyph and then you can swap it whenever you want.

The logging off trick (log-off-ski), is most commonly used at gate camps in low sec or in 0.0, it can be used during war decks or in the event of meeting some one with kill rights.
The vanishing trick, is mainly used when you find your self in a warp bubble and the log-off-ski wont work.
Both tricks have the same desired result where you are able to avoid the destruction of your ship or pod.
Certain circumstances must be in place to allow one of the above tricks to be used. Such as having some form of cloaking device fitted. If these conditions are not met then the attempt to invoke them may be sadly doomed to failure, resulting in ship or pod loss. Continue reading »

Alterac Valley (AV) is the largest of the PvP battlegrounds player capacity-wise (except for Wintersgrasp). It consists of a 40v40 battle over a large playing field, with the ultimate objective to destroy the other team’s commander. Alterac Valley is currently the only battleground with NPCs that you can interact with, and they play a very important part in the battleground. Unlike the other two battlegrounds, you cannot join AV as a group, and the player matching system tries to keep the teams balanced in terms of numbers, so it may take a while for you to be given a spot in the battleground.

This exploit actually has more then one use. You can use it to block dungeon entrances, so that no one else can get in, thus avoiding PK attacks. You can also use it to block mobs’ AOE and Nuke attacks, causing them to kill each other. There might be more, but that’s for you to figure out.

Some spots as you know are highly watched, while others will be sparsely watched. Using this trick, you can macro, without the worry of being caught. It won’t hide the program, but rather, it will hide your character. This is also a great way to macro, without the worry of being caught unawares by PKers, looking for some easy loot.

Darkfall must be started in Windowed mode, autorun into a corner, swimming or on land matters not. Make sure to toggle GUIcontrol on, so you see the mouse cursor and not the targeting crosshair. Alt-tab out, and start any other game, just make sure the resolution is different than the that of Darkfall.
Alt-tab from the game back into darkfall and more than likely you will be falling in space.
Nobody can hear you casting and you won’t run into a single problem macroing all night, every night in peace.

Here are 3 mind control tricks that can devastate your enemies, allow you to have some fun, and die trying. Any Priest or Engineer should be able to accomplish these tricks.
- Duel someone while waiting for a boat or zeppelin. Make them jump off the dock or tower and possibly fall to their death. Can also make them miss the boat. If far enough away, they will lose since they get out of the boundary.
- Mind control the opposite faction, then use /em <message> to talk to them.
- In Gadzetan or Booty Bay, change your reputation to “at war”, then mind control the AH characters, and move them off their platform. They won’t be able to get back up.

You’re in a no hope, losing battleground. You’re being pulverized and camped. You can either stick it out, and hope you don’t get ripped to shreds for another 15-20 minutes or you can leave. But of course when you leave, you get the deserter buff. So here’s a way to get out of battlegrounds, without worrying about that annoying debuff. You can either Continue reading »

One of the worst things about PvP, is being looted. With this exploit, you will be able to cheat death, and not lose your items – however, you will probably lose your mount. However the savings in time and money are immense. This content is for members only.

This is only intended for Night Elves, as they have the Shadow Meld ability. It will allow you to get into Shadowmeld, and then move. As long as you don’t jump or use a spell/item, then you will continue to be able to sneak around like a rogue. It takes awhile to get this working correctly, but it’s a really cool bug for NE’s, especially in PvP.

There are a few ways to maximize the amount of honor you receive, without actually fighting in a PvP fight. These 3 ways will maximize the amount of honor you receive. Why would you want to gain a lot of honor? It’s all about the gear!
The first, is an Arena trick, where you join and leave a queue for a fight. You still get honor. Do this once a day, 7 days a week. We recommend doing this in 5v5, as you will gain more honor then 2v2.
The next is by getting on the cannons in Battlegrounds like Strands of the Ancients or Wintersgrasp (defense only tho). Shoot in the middle of a big group or shoot Siege Engines.
The last is to hit as many people in a BG with a Damage over Time attack (DoT). The best places for attacks like these are places where you can hide and hit a LOT of people with a DoT, like AV or WG.

This is mostly used for PvP servers based in Gothwaite Harbor
What this DAoC game hack does, is to remove buildings in the area that cause line of sight issues so that you may use ranged attacks through them. It also allows you to remain unattackable if you stop moving for about 3 – 5 seconds, so you may attack uninterrupted. Often when this occurs your toon will go invisible, some times not. It takes some practice to use it properly so don’t get mad when you still get killed.
