x Bookmark I recently read a post at another blog, describing an annoying situation. It seems that Bioware is forcing people to put in their Credit Cards, in order to play their free month of game time. Now really this isn’t scamming, because you won’t actually be charged until your time is up, and you [...]
x Bookmark If you like to be the first in the games, and you are in the mood to buy either of these games in beta, please be warned: With the Diablo 3 Sandbox being out, scammers are using this as proof that they have access to the game, by taking screenshots. DO NOT be [...]
x Bookmark Yup, someone figured out a scam already. Really, I don’t see a way that Blizzard could fix, nor enforce it, to stop the scammers, without a change in the system. And while none of you, my beloved readers and subscribers will be caught in this scam (right?), I expect that anyone who wants [...]
x Bookmark Hopefully we will get more people asking other questions, which we can add to this FAQ, but for now, this is what we have. If you have a question, ask in the comments and we will try to find an answer for you. Don’t forget to subscribe to RPG-Exploiters, Bookmark us, and share [...]
x Bookmark I found this, but didn’t test it, to make sure it worked. However in theory, it should allow you to take over any account which is an EA Games account, such as a Warhammer Online account, or other EA Games. It uses an exploit in the site software which allows you to reset [...]
x Bookmark Everybody hates scammers… well except for the scammers themselves. It’s been 2-3 weeks since Rift Gatherer has worked, and yet the owner is still taking in “donations” for his Pro version. So do yourself a favor and avoid this program. If it changes at a later time, and starts working, we will let [...]
x Bookmark Courier Scams This is a pretty hard topic to address. I am not sure if this should be a warning or how to guide, but knowing eve players… This will be a how to guide. The point of these is to make it impossible, or highly unlikely that someone will be able to [...]
x Bookmark This is possibly one of the most clever ISK scam out in the EVE universe at the moment. I’ve seen someone pull in 10 billion isk in one weekend minus the cost of the stuff he was using. The scam involves abusing the Margin Trading skill and finding items that are never traded. [...]
x Bookmark As it turns out, there is a artifact which looks exactly like a Spellspun Bag. So as a tailor, you can offer to sell Spellspun Bags, and slip in this artifact. If the person who is buying isn’t paying attention, and doesn’t hover over each item when trading to make sure they are [...]
x Bookmark http://rpg-exploiters.com/guides-strategies/system-protection-use-it-or-lose-it/ I am just reposting this link, because of the recent cropping up, of people losing access to their accounts, in Rift. If you play Rift – or any other MMO, read it, and use the information. You might save your account from being wiped clean.
x Bookmark If you have been wanting to go out and do some leveling, but you don’t want to do it yourself, there are only 2 options, right? You either pay someone to level for you… or you get a bot. Unfortunately, as it turns out, there is a scammer out there, preying upon the [...]
x Bookmark AKA GamingSurplus.com AKA iegs.com AKA egs.us AKA Monarch AKA King Justice AKA XboxDiary.com AKA TotaleHealth.com AKA PCWebTalk.com AKA ImageSpace.us AKA wiiblog.net AKA Webmaster-Corner.com AKA TopGuilds.com AKA GameMonarch.com It seems there is now a list of people who are coming forward to tell you that they have been scammed by Justice McCay. Worse, each of these people who [...]
x Bookmark Over the past 9 months, we were providing wholesale leveling services for egamingsupply. Negotiations began in early December of 2009. Justice McCay disappeared and resurfaced at the end of January. Negotiations started again… in around March, he spent 2 hours getting exhausted from adding our leveling… but never added the better selling packages, [...]
Now I know this works on World of Warcraft, and it might also work on other games as well. The scam is simple, and takes only about 20 minutes to perpetrate. However there is a little bit of a setup you need to do, but over all, it will net you an extra character or possibly money, if you sell the extra character if you can sell the 2nd character elsewhere.
This can be used to obtain anywhere from 5k-20k gold every few days. Although you can make much more with other scams, this scam will never get you banned, which makes it ideal for scamming gold for your legit account. It can be worked into your daily routine and only takes about 5-10 minutes a day, just check the Auction House when you pass by.
I was reading a post on another site about spamming in game. For those of you who don’t know it, to spam inside World of Warcraft, and many other games, the gold sites, use hacked accounts. They are much cheaper and can be used to effectively spam in the game. Unfortunately, companies who do this make a lot of money, thus ensuing that they spam more and steal more accounts.
