Just go inside the tavern and turn right. Kill the mob there and wait for Gotrek or Felix to kill you, afterwards push respawn.
You have to be a ranger, templar or assassin to do this. You should probably be at least level 32 if trying as a ranger or assassin, and 37 for templar. You will need to have a group in order to enter the instance.
This is a great exp tactic, that has served well in other games. It allows you to DPS/Tank a mob, and take down elite mobs, solo… well with a little help anyways.
