If you have been living in the dark ages of gaming, then likely you have never heard of these programs. On the other hand, for a small donation to the people who make these programs, you will have access to them.
Just go inside the tavern and turn right. Kill the mob there and wait for Gotrek or Felix to kill you, afterwards push respawn.

Open up Cheat Engine, and click the Icon in the top left that says
“Let’s you select the program you want to cheat with” when you hover above it. Find war.exe in the list and select it. The title war.exe will then appear to let you know it is selected as in the diagram.
What it does is when it detects an alarm and stop word, it will send a tell with whatever you want to the person contacting you to read, then wait 15 secs and send another tell to them stating the conversation is over. Here’s what you plug into your Alarmstop_01 routine in macro goblin.

I really loved the excitement of getting the title of “Ow my eye” when I first played WAR. I was actually disappointed when Blizzard added titles and achievements to WoW, as they weren’t as fun as WAR’s version.
Items with more than 1 talisman spot were recently changed so you could not put more than 1 talisman of the same in it. There is a workaround for it.
